anti vibration sleeve - Hayata

An anti-vibration insulation sleeve is a protective sleeve placed around a cable, hose, pipe or sometimes around a metal tie itself to reduce damage caused by vibration and movement. Hayata’s Anti-Vibration Insulation Sleeving can be used with stainless steel ties, banding and cable cleats to help protect people and equipment in the event of a short-circuit fault. The molded U-shaped channel protects the cable from chafing, vibration and shock. These sleeves are ideal for use in rough, high-vibration conditions such as marine, offshore drilling platforms, nuclear power stations and wind turbine towers.

LDPE 1 & 2 Features

LDPE 1 & 2 are made of Low-Density Polyethylene for use with stainless steel ties in widths from .18” to .50.” LPDE is impact and stress/crush resistant for industrial applications and is also acceptable for food contact.

TPE-4 & 5 Features

LDPE 4 & 5 are made of black Thermoplastic Elastomer material, offer important features such as low smoke, flame retardant, halogenfree, good UV and chemical resistance and outstanding electrical properties. They also meet the requirements of UL94 VO.

Hayata’s sleeves come in 100-ft lengths and thickness range from .05″ – .09.”
