Anti-Vibration Insulation Sleeve
Hayata’s Anti-Vibration Insulation Sleeving can be used with stainless steel ties, banding and cable cleats to help protect people and equipment in the event of a short circuit fault. The molded U-shaped channel protects the cable from chafing, vibration and shock. Ideal for use in rough, high-vibration conditions such as marine, offshore drilling platforms, nuclear power stations and wind turbine towers.
LDPE 1 & 2, made of Low-Density Polyethylene, are for use with stainless steel ties in widths from .18” to .50.” LPDE is impact and stress/crush resistant for industrial applications, and is also acceptable for food contact.
TPE-4 & 5, made of black Thermoplastic Elastomer material, offer important features such as low smoke, flame retardant, halogenfree, good UV and chemical resistance and outstanding electrical properties. They also meet the requirements of UL94 VO.
