Zig Zag Stainless Steel Cable Ties

Hayata’s Zig Zag stainless steel cable ties are designed to maintain tension on hard surfaces such as a metal pipe or pole. The “Zig Zag” creates constant tension, which allows the locking mechanism (ball) to lock inside of the head of the tie. That geometry increases grip and helps resist loosening, especially where vibration, movement, or thermal cycling might cause a conventional tie to slip on a smooth metal surface.

All Zig Zag ties are 316 grade stainless steel for excellent resistance to temperature extremes, corrosion, weather, chemicals, salt sprays and UV radiation. Typical uses include marine and offshore installations, shipbuilding, mining equipment, rail and transportation, oil and gas facilities, industrial machinery and outdoor cable management.

Note: These ties can be, but are not normally, used on standard jacketed cables. It is beneficial to use Zig Zag Ties on armored cable.
