Zig Zag Stainless Steel Cable Ties

Hayata’s Zig Zag stainless steel cable ties are designed to maintain tension on hard surfaces such as a pipe or steel pole. All Zig Zag ties are 316 grade stainless steel for excellent resistance to temperature extremes, corrosion, weather, chemicals, salt sprays and UV radiation.

Hayata’s Stainless steel Zig-Zag Ties are used when you need a very secure, vibration-resistant metal fastening method for cables, hoses, conduit, insulation, or other bundled components. Typical uses include marine and offshore installations, shipbuilding, mining equipment, rail and transportation, oil and gas facilities, industrial machinery and outdoor cable management.

“Zig-zag” refers to the way the stainless steel strap is formed or engages within the locking head. That geometry increases grip and helps resist loosening, especially where vibration, movement, or thermal cycling might cause a conventional tie to relax.
