Hayata has introduced its new DotMarkPro™ 1000. This portable, battery-powered dot peen engraving unit allows users to permanently add numbers, text and logos on marking bands or other metal objects in the field. The unit is lightweight, accurate and easy to use for product traceability and regulatory compliance.
According to Hayata President Tom Crouch, this new printer solves a lot of issues for marking operations. “Now operators are not limited to heavy desktop units in a central office to custom engrave their cables, pipes, valves or other items that require long-term identification.” He adds, “the DotMarkPro can easily be set up on the tailgate of a pick up truck for field portability and its battery provides up to four hours of printing between charges.”
